Location: Sewage Treatment Station, Hebei, China

This sewage station is a rural sewage treatment station. It collects fecal liquid from farmers’ dry toilets and transports it to the sewage station to treat sewage. The concentration of the original liquid is too high, far exceeding the operating load of the sewage treatment equipment. The sewage station uses the treatment of mixing the return water with the original liquid for dilution treatment to reduce the influent concentration of the sewage treatment equipment and reduce the operating load. However, they are all artificial control facilities, and the dilution concentration cannot be accurately controlled, resulting in water waste and low treatment efficiency.

Solution

Arrange WQS-F series full-spectrum water quality sensors in the dilution tank to measure COD, turbidity, and nitrate nitrogen. According to the monitoring results, the dilution ratio is controlled in real time to reduce the concentration of fecal stock solution and reduce the operating load of the integrated sewage treatment equipment.
Arrange full-spectrum DO, pH, ammonia nitrogen, potassium ion, and ORP in the integrated SBR sewage treatment equipment to monitor the dynamic process of SBR sewage treatment in real time, and drain and replenish water in time. Shorten the waiting time of sewage treatment at each stage and improve the daily treatment efficiency of sewage treatment equipment.
Arrange dual-wavelength water quality sensors in the clear water tank to monitor effluent dynamics in real time, ensuring the effluent meets discharge standards.

Effect
